1. Écraser les bananes très mûres à la fourchette..
2. Ajouter les flocons d'avoine et les pépites, bien mélanger..
3. Allumer le four à 180°C..
4. Former des boulettes à l'aide d'une cuillère à glace, les disposer sur une plaque et aplatir légèrement..
5. Faire cuire 10 à 12min à 180°C. Les bords doivent être légèrement dorés..
6. Laisser refroidir sur la plaque avant de les ranger dans une boîte au frigo..
7. Attention, ils ne se conservent pas longtemps ! 😉.
